ORDERS
Browse our products, select your flavour and quantity, click 'Add to Cart', then proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or log in to complete your purchase. Confirm your shipping address, select a payment method, and click 'Place Order'.
Orders enter processing quickly. Contact support as soon as possible from your account messages; changes are not guaranteed once the package has been dispatched or handed to the carrier.
After checkout you will see an order confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can also view status under Account → Orders.
Minimum order values may vary by market and promotions. Any minimum required at checkout will be shown before you pay.
SHIPPING
Delivery times depend on your region and shipping method. Typical ranges are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy; rural or remote areas may take longer.
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email or visit Order Tracking on our site and enter your order number and email as prompted.
We often offer free shipping when your cart meets the threshold for your market. Current thresholds and exclusions are listed on the Shipping Policy page.
Check with household members, reception, or parcel lockers first. If still missing, contact support within 48 hours with your order number so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
PRODUCTS
Nicotine strength availability varies by product line and local regulations. Each product page lists the options sold in your region.
Rated puff counts are estimates under standard lab conditions; actual use depends on puff length, frequency, and storage. See the product specification on each PDP.
Some models are rechargeable where indicated on packaging and the product page; disposables without a charge port are designed for single-cycle use until depleted.
Lithium batteries and vaping devices are restricted on flights and must follow airline and airport rules—typically in carry-on only, never in checked baggage. Confirm with your carrier before travel.
PAYMENTS
We accept major cards and other methods shown at checkout for your country. Available options may change based on fraud screening and processor support.
Payments are processed over encrypted connections with PCI-compliant providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Verify card details, billing address, and available balance. Try another card or payment method, disable VPNs, and ensure your bank allows online purchases. If it persists, contact your bank or our support team.
ACCOUNT
Click Register in the header, enter your email and password, complete verification steps if prompted, and you're ready to shop and track orders.
Use Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link we send. Links expire after a short period for security.
Eligible purchases and promotions may award points shown in your account. Redeem points where offered at checkout or in the rewards section of your account dashboard.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns depend on product type, seal condition, and regional rules. Opened consumables may not be eligible. Full terms are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Stop using the device, photograph any visible issue, and contact support with your order number within the warranty window. Do not attempt unsafe modifications.
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks typically post within 5–10 business days depending on the issuer.
