Free shipping on orders over ZAR 500 / NGN 15,000 / PKR 5,000 (thresholds vary by market). Standard shipping fees apply below these thresholds.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods such as flash sales or Ramadan, processing may extend up to 3 business days before your package is handed to the carrier.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched. Estimated delivery windows begin after handoff to the carrier, not from the moment you placed the order.

4. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we send tracking information by email or SMS (where enabled), including the carrier name and tracking number once the label is scanned in transit.

You can also follow your shipment on our Order Tracking page using your order number and registered email address.

5. Customs & Import Duties

Important

International and cross-border shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country or local authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price paid to ZMR Store unless explicitly stated at checkout.

We cannot predict or control customs processing times. Contact your local customs office for guidance on applicable fees and documentation before you order.

6. Restricted Regions

We do not ship to addresses or regions where import, sale, or possession of our product categories is prohibited or where carriers cannot lawfully deliver. If an order cannot be fulfilled for compliance reasons, we will cancel it and refund any amount collected.

It is your responsibility to ensure that receiving our products is lawful in your location. ZMR Store may update serviceable postcodes or markets without prior notice.

7. Lost or Damaged

If your package appears lost in transit after the carrier’s stated investigation window, or if items arrive materially damaged, contact our support team with your order number and photos of the outer packaging and affected products. We will work with the carrier and review your case under our returns and claims procedures.

Claims should be raised as soon as possible; excessive delay may limit our ability to file with the carrier or verify the condition of the shipment.

8. Delivery Failure

Carriers typically make multiple delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the parcel, it may be held at a depot, redirected, or returned to sender according to the carrier’s policy. Additional storage, redelivery, or return fees charged by the carrier may apply and are usually payable by the recipient.

Ensure your phone number and address are complete and accurate. Orders returned to us due to repeated failed delivery or incorrect address may be refunded minus original shipping and any return handling costs, as permitted by law.
